Archie's Girls by MAC
Hoiii long time guise...
Sorry, there will be a random influx of posts today and tomorrow on random cosmetics and beauty products I have bought lately. I might do some reviews, who knows.
So I'll start with my small attack on the MAC counter at my local shopping centre.
It feels like ages I've waited for this MAC collection to hit England, all the american blogger and vloggers have been bragging about these colours and polishes for months. I think it's so unfair we have to wait so long. But hey ho such is life and I'm just happy it wasn't sold out when I got there ^^
After umm'ing and ahh'ing over which of these two colours I should get I decided to just get them both. On the left you have Daddy's Little Girl which I would describe as the safe girls version of 'Girl About Town' which was such a massive summer hit last year and the right one is Betty Bright which is a gorgeous vibrant peach. The reason however for buying them both was because I accidentally mixed the two colours in store and they looked so good combined. So so so good! XD
How cute is the packaging?! I love how they both have a different character on the outside, Betty and Veronica.
Both the lipsticks are in a Satin finish and are very moisturising on the lips, they also have amazing pigmentation and staying power, though Daddy's Little Girl is slightly staining.
I'm such a sucker for the collaborations MAC does, I went slightly loopy with the Wonder Woman collection, I would have done the same with the Disney villains but the colours just weren't for me and I was too late to get my hands on the Marilyn Monroe collection which made me epically sad D=
Maybe I'll post some photocos of me wearing the two shades but then again I often say things and then neglect to do them, I aim to surprise ;)
Ciao for now

Instant gratification
Hey guys...
Back so soon? I know I know... I fail as a blogger but here I am.
For a while now I have wanted an instant camera (or Polaroid camera as most will say though here's a lesson, polaroid is a brand not a type of camera.) and finally last week I plucked up the courage to buy one. In all fairness I did need it for my art but it has its personal uses too ^^. Recording memories with it is exciting and I can't wait to start sharing cool photos of photos (weird concept).
My problem is that I love instant gratification and I hate waiting to get photos printed and all the extra effort it takes to go to the printers, and although the film for my camera, which is a Fujifilm instant wide 210, is quite expensive, I think the quality and texture of the prints makes it so worth it.
I bought mine on Amazon, it was a deal that included 70 prints for less than the camera itself costs in Urban outfitters... which I thought was ridiculous. Nonetheless, just goes to show that it pays off to shop around.
I'll be back with more shots soon, but for now I bid thee adieu!

My hat story...
Hat in question: Obey.
Hey Guise... (imagine that in a really sleazy voice)
I thought I would introduce you all to the one thing I haven't been seen without lately.
My style hasn't so much changed over the last half of last year but more developed in one direction, I've definitely been leaning way more towards the grunge scene but I've always liked to add my twist on everything so I wouldn't say I am completely grunge, just me.
I think when it comes to fashion its important to not just follow trends for the sake of being like everyone else, through your life there will be a thousand trends that just won't suit you but that isnt the main point either really, I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you don't fully like or feel comfortable in what you wear it comes across to other people.

I see so many girls dressing in the lowest cut tops and the tightest dresses just because that's whats fashion at the moment, it actually makes me sad when I see this because fashion isn't style, style is something you create for yourself using fashion. Fashion is secondary to style and style is secondary to confidence. If you really like what you're wearing and feel confident in it than I guess you've found your style regardless of whether or not other people like it or think you suit it.
Final summation, regardless of what this hat/brand means to other people, I like it and feel confident wearing it and I pretty much wear it with EVERYTHING and I don't care! BOOM deep stuff...
Rant over,
Ciao guys!

Hopping around Camden
Beanie: Obey
Trousers: Motel
Jumper: Vintage
Scarf: DIY
Coat: Pull&Bear
Boots: DcMartens
Bag: Topshop
Hoiiii,
Long time no see... that kinda had a lot to do with a dissertation, which is now finished!!
Yes I have bid farewell to my dissertation and I hope not to get it back ><
Nonetheless I decided to treat myself and as it goes I am very fond of piercings, so I got my septum pierced.
It was quick, easy and didn't hurt much (but then again I have a high tolerance to pain so it's probably best to not take my word for it).
Anyways off to sleep now.
Ciao
