My new challenge

Because summer doesn't seem to be happening and lately neither is Spring,

it's like the weather likes to tease us, giving us a glimpse of what could be

and then taking it away. Great! Just what I need with all this work to do -_-.

I probably shouldn't have even set myself a challenge but what can you do.

My challenge is to find the most terrifyingly scary horror movie, I mean it

has to make me too feeble to sleep alone.

so I started out my lovely task with:

Review time:

Okay so the beginning was so forward i thought the movie had ended 10 minutes

into the film, it happened way too fast but then I realised it was only the opening

scene which was kinda epic but gave way too much way.

One thing I will never understand in American horror movies is their ability to add

porn and sex into a perfectly good movie, I mean what is that all about?!?

Me and my flatmates came to the conclusion that every girl who got her breasts out

would immediately die or within the next 3-5minutes of the plot.

The film did however make us jump a couple of times which is always what you want

from a horror movie but it wasn't scary, the most scary thing about that night was the strange shadow that was cast across the fridge that came out of nowhere and resemble

a man walking across the room, but sadly that wasn't due to the film.

So I just found the cutest poem ever, originally taken from a chapter in the bible and shows how beautiful and pure Religion can be when read in the right way.

The poem was quoted in the romantic movie 'A Walk to Remember' which I have to be honest about is so so so sad and makes me teary eyed every time.

Love is always patient and kind;

it does not take offense, and is not resentful.

it is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes.

The poem is so pure and so sweet that I just had to share it with you.

WHAT HAPPENED TO SPRING! and Lady gaga Telephone o.0 weird mix

Morning!

I woke up this morning and was so shocked to see that it was actually cloudy and quite grey, luckily it isn't that cold the weather is showing signs of bettering!!!

So Lady gaga ft Beyonce Telephone came out on Thursday evening, so I watched it Friday morning...

IT WAS BRILLIANT! It was so selma and louise it rocked, it was however quite long but nonetheless epic as everything seems to be with Lady G, and her and Beyonce were simply the best mix and they both look well hot in the video.

Maybe it was just me but did anyone else spot all the weird advertising?!?!

and more o.0 they must have sponsored the video since alot has gone into it and I could see it being quite costly!

One thing I definitely laughed out loud about was their approach to the whole Lady G being a Hermaphrodite, it was so vulgar yet hilarious xD they had to comment on it eventually especially since it was for defo a publicity stunt!! Oh how life is so much more eventful with Lady G around lets hope she's here to stay

Spring Spring Spring!

I woke up the other day and it was so lovely outside, the sun was shining and there wasn't a cloud in sight! When I stepped outside the most crisp and fresh smell hit my nose SPRING! It has finally arrived in Canterbury! I have been waiting for so long for spring to come along, the loveliest smell of growing grass and all the beautiful flower blossoms!

The thing however I am most excited for are the Sakura! (cherry blossom) They smell so sweet and just brighten up the bare trees.

Nail Varnish haul!

Quite some time ago i bought a load of nail varnishes by China Glaze from:

and I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in these cute little

three set boxes! ^^

I bought the colours:

Tantalize me

Light as air

Exceptionally gifted

Custom kicks love letters

Lemon fizz

And a nail varnish with a nail art brush on it in a black

The colours are soooo cute but to be honest the main reason I

bought the ones I did was because I loved the names of the colours.

I have been using them since I bought them like 3 months ago and I love them

the stay for a decent amount of time and the colours are so vibrant!

The website was amazing too they sold them pretty cheap

compared to the store prices, the only down side was the shipping

because I live in the UK and they have to ship them out from

The USA it cost quite a bit =[

Otherwise two thumbs up!! woop woop!

I also wanted to say that I absolutely adore the collection by China Glaze

called 'Up and Away' the colours are sooo perfect for spring with all the

pastel colours that are hitting the fashion stores!
